Anyone may become an OpenJS Foundation CPC general member if they wish. I am currently.

Incubation and "At Large" projects, may nominate a candidate to fill one of two voting seats on the CPC. We have not done this yet, nor do we need to.

As such, I'm going to consider this Issue concluded, and invite anyone else who would like, to also join the CPC. Anyone considering doing so should read the Governance document.
