localStorage 에 대한 참조를 컴포넌트 내부에서 다이렉트로 불가한 이유가, CSR 은 서버에서도 실행되기 때문에 서버에서 window.localStorage 참조가 불가함.

이걸 해결하기 위해서는 Nextjs 의 미들웨어에서 처리해야할거같은데, 어케할지는 찾아봐야겠음.
