Jupyter notebook kernel is not starting and always giving the same error "partially initialized module 'platform' has no attribute 'release'." #7044

Hello,

I have been trying to open the jupyter notebook again and again but the kernel is not connecting

I am using the python version 3.11.0
also the jupyter version 6.5.4

I have also tried installing previous versions of python but the issue is still there

from resarching i also tried updating jupyter notebook
but the issue is still same
"partially initialized module 'platform' has no attribute 'release'."

I am attaching some images of the error, please find out
I will also provide other things if you need

try reaching this out.
