Icon not very clear in windows taskbar

Description

Icon not very clear in windows taskbar compared with other apps:

in start menu:

It feels smaller compared to other apps. And the "Jupyter" inside logo adds a feeling of blur to the icon.

Reproduce

Install on windows.

Expected behavior

Larger icon or icon with more contrast for better identification.

Context

• Operating System and version: windows 11 23h2
• JupyterLab-Desktop version: latest 4.0.7
• Installer: exe
