add a keybind to toggle forq on/off

no gui or anything needed just listen for keypresses in the console the way, say, mpv does

alternative is to use different yomichan modes to send to two instances of jpdb-connect, one which forqs and one which just adds to a deck for long-term card adding

I'm not too familiar how different yomichan modes or profiles work.
Would making the port configurable already be enough?

In the medium term I want to add a small (optional) egui window where one can toggle the settings.

lol i assumed the port was configurable, which was what you'd need to do for the second idea (each yomichan profile would use a separate url for the anki endpoint, differing in the port)
