Show to clients Miners that offer storage deals #118

Somewhere in the onboarding flow the clients should be able to access to a list of miners that are offering FIL and storage deals.

In a new screen we'll show a table with info of these miners. This info will be capture from here:
filecoin-project/notary-governance#8

We'll need to do:

Define the info we want to get from the miners
Design the screen
Make sure the github app has the proper permissions to read this repo
Implement the logic to parse issue's comment and extract the info
Add the github query in the app and print the info
