What is the issue?

After completing install via CLI and viewing the confirmation screen identified here
https://docs.kubefirst.io/k3d/quick-start/install/#example-of-terminal-output-following-cluster-creation

I'm unable to use esc to return to the shell and have to use "ctrl" + "c" to return to the shell (or open a new tab)
