Bug in notification settings regarding end-to-end encrypted group chats

Bug Description

I noticed that there is a bug regarding the notification settings in the Android app: when you choose not to receive notifications from groups, they are still received if the group chat is protected by end-to-end encryption. Probably, the presence of encryption, makes that chat appear as if it were direct (even if it appears correctly under the groups menu).

Steps to Reproduce

1. Exclude notifications for groups
2. Join a group protected by end-to-end encryption
3. Wait to receive a message

Expected Behavior

If I have chosen not to receive notifications from groups, I should not receive any notifications.
