Great job + a small bug issue

Hi Mani, thank you for your great job, the last update is just fantastic!
A little bug but I think that's mostly because of my old Android version (6.0.1) - changes in stroke width don't change anything, only modifying it in code helps.
But that's rather minor issue and not so important at all.

I've edited this line:
var value = _id == "draw-size" ? 400 : _id == "stroke-size" ? 64 : 5;
And this works on Anki Desktop.
But has no effect on Ankidroid, even though the code is the same (synced).

How to modify stroke thickness on AnkiDroid？

I have checked it and it appears to be issues. I will check thoroughly and update deck with fixes.

It would be awesome if we can make drawing lines a bit thicker, esp. for the ppl who are not so sharp on an eye )

Please also consider taking a look at the drawing pad dimensions and number of tries before hint.
Their defaults seem to be quite comfortable for me personally but perhaps will not suit other users' preferences.
