Update documentation for Github Actions

given that running tracetest configure without the --organization flag currently fails with an unexpected error:

What tracetest server do you want to use? (default: https://app.tracetest.io/)

  ERROR   cannot get organization: could not list resource: An internal error has occurred. The development team has been notified and will fix it soon.

Enhancement to do

We need to update it to consider Tracetest Cloud cases and guarantee that our customers can use it for both Tracetest Cloud and Core.
