Issues that need to be fixed for that
kubevirt/macvtap-cni#124

IIUC https://github.com/k8snetworkplumbingwg/multus-dynamic-networks-controller uses git actions
and deploys latest multus-cni that it freshly build after cloning
it means that the test do pass there with latest multus
so we should consider using git actions as well (with kind) instead the prow job

But
it wont solve it for kubevirtci
we might need to also bump multus-dynamic-networks-controller on CNAO to see if it is related
