Right now database urls does not support search_path and this cause weird issues with migrations in which the search_path is changed (The migrations table never created and we get an error right after the migration contents ran).

This is something I could implement if the maintainers are interested in supporting search_path. Would also be useful for the synth project and we're migrating to sqlx soon.
