Differences from master branch:

• If you want to pass the contents of nincfg.bin as a command line argument, you can now encode it as a base64 string. This lets you launch a GameCube game directly from Homebrew Channel. Also see: https://github.com/libertyernie/NinCFGEditor
• The action to swap between B/A style and Y/B style on the Classic Controller has been changed from Minus to L+Minus, and the action to quit Nintendont has been changed from Home to L+Home (or 2+Home on the Wii Remote) - thanks Raflos10
• On Four Swords Adventures, the Classic Controller D-pad will emulate the joystick
