For reference, interoperability testing js-libp2p with other impls was mentioned here libp2p/interop#70
I think we can replace tests like these https://github.com/libp2p/interop/blob/master/src/streams/echo.ts#L11 with ones using the multidim-interop in this repo and find alternative solutions for dht and pubsub tests as a part of #64
