"Manage Subscriptions" URL leads to wrong page/app #13

Tapping "Manage Subscriptions" would lead me to Safari and display the following screen:

After doing some digging around I found this post:
https://stackoverflow.com/questions/15530794/link-to-app-manage-subscriptions-in-app-store

And I used the following link that seems to work for me.
itms-apps://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions
