The following issues should necessarily be modified in the next fork/s:

Repo related:

Create an internal/local environment for project (both for data & for used coding environment)

Jupyter NB related:

Verify plotly related code is updated (Technology was modified*)
Add ToC to Jupyter NB
Add local NB libs installations
Use MultiThreading or dist. system to make geocoding more efficient timewise.
Add option to load data from the reader's local path to the downloaded dataset.
