I created a wallet and imported into four different machines. I sent LTC from a ltc1 address to an MWEB address and then out of the address. Only the original machine that I sent from detected the MWEB to ltc1 transaction. Thus sending ltc to the wallet, I was only able to recover the ltc from the wallet that I sent the MWEB to LTC transaction as the other machines transaction were rejected.

That you can recover a wallet to any machine regardless of past transactions and still make valid transactions.

The transactions showed up as pending for hours ("Status: 0/unconfirmed, not in memory pool")as they attempted to spend more coins than existed in my account. The mweb coins that I spent were still appearing in my fully updated imported wallets.

Four machines on windows with most recent litecoin.

I get the Same type of Error on Linux for Namecoin!

But my transaction was from an old wallet to a new wallet using the new Bitcoin Taproot address!

It used to not show my Balance on new Wallets after I was on a different Machine than the Original for the Namecoin Wallet.dat file! Using Older Namecoin Wallets Showed the Balance but trying to send the Balance stayed Pending Forever Until Cancelled!

But after Namecoin upgrades the last few weeks the balance shows but the transaction just sits there pending never entering MEMPOOL!

Maybe in a few years it will work and just call it a good Savings Account Strategy!

And I think Litecoin MWEB using a Taproot like structure to operate!

This behaviour may have to do with MWEB stealth addresses.

Out of all your machines, only the one used to send from your MWEB address has the private key of the transaction output used as input to the ltc1 address.

Disclaimer: I have close to zero knowledge of all this, only trying to point you toward a potential explanation as a mere user and onlooker. @DavidBurkett would know the answer 😌
