不能了，因为这是2年前的库了，作者貌似不更新了。现在6.0以后拍照需要摄像头权限，以及7.0的filePovider，都没有做兼容，最好自己把代码下载下来按自己的需求改。

        StrictMode.VmPolicy.Builder builder = new StrictMode.VmPolicy.Builder();
        StrictMode.setVmPolicy(builder.build());
