Pipette Tool: Update the wiring instructions for the endstop & the BOM

• The wiring instructions only show how to connect the pins on the OT-2 to the pins on the Duet 3 Mini and 3HC. It would be useful to also include a diagram of how to wire the endstop to the OT-2.

• The BOM should include any additional wiring or equipment needed to wire the OT-2 to the Jubilee.

• In the BOM, this endstop is listed, but on the Science Jubilee website, this endstop is listed for the 3D printed only design. Probably only one endstop should be suggested.
