As a staff user the django cms navbar is showed everywhere and hides parts of the navbar #166

It is also misleading that specific admin pages like approving participants seem editable

That the django-cms navbar is shown everywhere is the intended behavior because every page could be editable. If that confuses non-technical maintainers of the site, we have to use the is_moderator role from #51 because these people wouldn't be is_staff
