Given a .cif file with partial atomic charges (already calculated) can we assign them to a Structure object?

I have a .cif file that contains as additional information the partial atomic charges, as shown in the picture:

I am reading the .cif as:

from pymatgen.core import Structure
structure = Structure.from_file('path/to/.cif')

I would like to access the partial charges as:

atom = structure[0]
atom.partial_charge # Should return the partial charge.

Is there any way to do it with pymatgen?
