Support for Safari & Firefox, improved mobile touch
Refactored the input range to divs and PointerEvents.
Card should now work on Safari and Firefox. Mobile touch is also improved: when sliding the scroll event is suppressed.
Support for click to toggle instead of sliding
Option added: slider.toggle_on_click which defaults to false.
When set to true it forces the slider to act as a toggle, sliding will be disabled.
