Author name formatting

Hi, I am currently editing the WCCFL 32 proceedings. Firstoff, thank you so much for creating the style file, it saved us much work. However, I think there was a change in the Cascadilla style sheet that is not yet reflected in the style file: they not request that the affiliation goes in the first starred footnote, but if the \institution{} command is omitted, spacing is no longer correct in the title, as they request two blank lines after the author. So far I have worked around this by telling the authors to include \institution{}, but leave it empty. Again, thanks for your work!
