Using predictChIPDict for samples without control makes a yaml with control:'' this is not handled correctly in the ChIP internal snakefile and consider '' as input file, therefore fails making DAG for bamCompare.

this is the same as #973 . I think it got forgotten, I'll put it up on the priority list. Thanks :)
