Make issues hideable by type (Copied from old repo)

The idea is to have something like checkboxes for the error types, one for each kind of error found.
If this checkbox is unchecked, the corresponding errors won't appear in the codebrowser.

This would create a lot of logic on the client side, which would mean that File and Issue objects have to be converted to javascript.
