Add new Badge image element

Is there a way to add a badge on the certificate? Not an image, I mean the Moodle badges, based on grades.

Sorry, I am not too familiar with Moodle badges. What would it be if it isn't an image?

Hi, I didn't explain myself correctly, the badge is an image, what i don't want is upload an image that will shows up the same on all the certificates, I would like to get the Badge image to it can show the user badge; something like "Level 1", "Level 2", etc. according to the exam grade.
I can add the grade to the certificate, but for a specific exam, need to be graded as "Level #" if there is another way to do that, I welcome any suggestion.
