mech should report the winrm configuration

For instance:

$ vagrant winrm-config
Host default
  HostName 127.0.0.1
  User vagrant
  Password vagrant
  Port 2201
  RDPHostName 127.0.0.1
  RDPPort 2200
  RDPUser vagrant
  RDPPassword vagrant
