The cmdplan and profile workflows send multiple commands in a step. It might be useful to associate some context around each individual command — mostly for logging. For example if we send multiple InstallProfile commands and one fails — it'd be good to log which one failed. This can be done straight-forwardly using the shared context value in the step.
