A Workspace should have an UI visualization of the FHIR API / DICOM API / Storage location
Some snippets on how to connect (links to docs)
When a user is added to a workspace, the IAM of the FHIR API / DICOM API / Storage should be updated
the AHDS workspace should be privated linked to the TRE
The DICOMcast should be enabled when spinning up the workspace (so DICOM metadata is synced with the FHIR API)
