Describe the bug

The subscription does not have QuotaId/Feature required by SKU 'S0' from kind 'QnAMaker' or contains blocked QuotaId/Feature.

I wanted to create QNA resource to make use of it but, i am getting the above mentioned error.

  • Electron distribution
  • Chrome
  • Safari
  • Firefox
  • Edge

  • Windows

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to '...' bot settings
  2. Click on '....' development resources
  3. Scroll down to '....' Azure QnA Maker > click on set up QnA maker > create and configure new azure resources > select subscription > fill the required details
  4. See error

Expected behavior

i should be able to see the successful creation of the QNA maker.

Creating new QnA Maker services is no longer available. However, if you already have an existing QnA Maker in your Azure resources, you can continue to use it within Composer.
