[Question] Does SSD_index support streaming insert? #583

I want to integrate DiskANN as an vector index of my project, if I use SSD index, can I streaming batch insert points into the index?

After check the code, I don't find method about how to finish it. Also saw some discussion on it before like #405 and #355

Btw, if I build an dynamic index and save to the disk, when searching, does it need to load the full index into the memory?
