Description of the issue

The AntiPhishPolicy of MSFT (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/powershell/module/exchange/set-antiphishpolicy?view=exchange-ps) supports the following 2 parameters, which are not found in the EXOAntiPhishPolicy (https://microsoft365dsc.com/resources/exchange/EXOAntiPhishPolicy/) resource of M365DSC:

DmarcQuarantineAction (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/powershell/module/exchange/set-antiphishpolicy?view=exchange-ps#-dmarcquarantineaction)
DmarcRejectAction (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/powershell/module/exchange/set-antiphishpolicy?view=exchange-ps#-enabled)

Can both be added please?
