Description of the new feature / enhancement

Show on-screen what key was pressed.
Ie when press shift and H, there should be something on the screen that shows I've pressed shift followed by H.

Scenario when this would be used?

Presentation, walkthrough and tutorials.
Similar reasons/scenario to "Mouse Highlighter"
