TreeView content entrance animation only runs once

Describe the bug

When you add some items to a TreeView for the first time, it's entrance animation is triggered and the items slide into position. However if you clear the contents, and then add a new set of items the animation isn't triggered again.

This contrasts with a ListView. Its entrance animation runs each time the list is cleared and new set of items added.
