During FortifyFpr conversion, Vulnerability.ClassInfo.DefaultSeverity value is not being retained. #1490

 - Persist the current computed value for result.level in rule.defaultConfiguration.level also.
 - Persist the original values of Impact in rule.defaultConfiguration.properties, and Accuracy and Probability in rule.properties
 - Persist DefaultSeverity in rule.defaultConfiguration.properties, key should be named DeprecatedDefaultSeverity
 - Persist InstanceSeverity in result.properties, key should be named DeprecatedInstanceSeverity
 - Persist Confidence in result.properties
