sarif1004-bug.sarif : error ERR998.ExceptionInAnalyze : SARIF1004 : An exception was raised analyzing
'sarif1004-bug.sarif' for check 'ExpressUriBaseIdsCorrectly' (which has been disabled). The exception
may have resulted from a problem related to parsing the analysis target, and not specific to the rule,
however. (Object reference not set to an instance of an object.)

Analysis did not complete due to one or more unrecoverable execution conditions.
Unexpected fatal runtime condition(s) observed: ExceptionInSkimmerAnalyze
