Description of the new feature

Allow tabs to be dragged to the left or right of the tab around them, like browser tabs.

Hey wadda ya know, this was actually just completed in PR #3478, which resolved the original issue, #443.

Hi! We've identified this issue as a duplicate of another one that already exists on this Issue Tracker. This specific instance is being closed in favor of tracking the concern over on the referenced thread. Thanks for your report!
