Installed RAM: 16 GB (15.9 usable)
System Type: 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
Windows Insider Program: Slow (Recommended)
Use developer features: Developer mode

Windows build number: [Version 10.0.18363.720]
Windows Terminal version (if applicable): 0.10.781.0

Open Windows Terminal from start menu

Open Windows Terminal with Powershell command prompt

# Actual behavior
Error starting both powershell.exe and cmd.exe files with Windows Terminal.

Fixed this issue by downloading Ubuntu from the Windows store and installing it, then changing the Terminal config file to include a profile for WSL.

This also fixed opening cmd.exe and powershell.exe in the Windows Terminal
