Typings for Foundation-Sites are out of sync

There is a newer version of foundation-sites typings that was registered at https://github.com/typings/registry than the version that is available through DefinitelyTyped
How can the newest version get published to @types?

types-publisher currently only looks at DefinitelyTyped for things to publish. There is already a definition there, so you could just update that one. Working in a smaller repo would be nice; see #4.
