Survey notification link did not open link in browser

• Type of virtual environment used (N/A | venv | virtualenv | conda | ...): venv

I was trying to debug some Django code when I got a notification popup in the bottom right hand corner about submitting feedback for the Python debugger. I clicked on it but nothing happened. Usually, when I open links from the terminal or the VS Code terminal, it'll open in Firefox for me.

I imagine the actual link is this?
