[DevExE2E][ARM64VS][Regression] Missing "Chutzpah Test Explorer Adapter 2022" in search results. #829

Steps to reproduce:
1.Open VS -> Continue without code
2.Click Extension menu -> Input "chut" in search box

Note:
1.It is a regression issue for ARM64 VS, not repro on Version 17.3.0 Preview 1.0 [32417.5.main].
2.Here is repro VM: 172.20.30.175.

Expected result:
"Chutzpah Test Explorer Adapter 2022" shows in search results.

Actual result:
Missing "Chutzpah Test Explorer Adapter 2022" in search results.
