Error of using new_gff_validator.pl

Hi,

Because I want to try this validator so I spend lots of time resolving the dependency of this software. But I encountered a problem finally. This is the error message:

Error in tempfile() using template /modencode/raw/tmp/www1/XXXXXXXXXX.sqlite: Parent directory (/modencode/raw/tmp/www1/) does not exist at ModENCODE/Cache.pm line 44.

Can you help me solve this problem?

Similarly spent a long time messing with dependencies to get to this:
