fix nextflow_schema.json and lib/NfcoreSchema.groovy (errors can be seen with nf-core lint)

I'm not clear on the function of nextflow_schema.json, i believe it is more for standard pipelines in the nf-core git org, but i think it might be possible to leverage it for our own documentation eventually?
