What does SECRET means here? How do I find this secret?

Sorry, the secret is just any random string you type. Do not worry very much about it. It is only used for generating the pins that people can use to configure their names later on.

What about the PORT parameter?

Any port number you choose, in which the server will listen. It defaults to something like 5000, I'm not sure.
