Casting interface for GMs, with assisted casting

This will require a whole new UI and a whole new section of Journey.
Basically, the idea is that the application will know about LARP casts, and
associate a particular set of characters with a questionnaire. Then the
GMs can associate responses with characters using a web UI.

For bonus points, we can allow the GMs to enter casting constraints for
particular characters, which would enable Journey to give casting
suggestions by looking at the responses.
