Feature Description

Creating a mobile application resources through terraform

Describe Alternatives

Manual creation on the web app

I can create a PR for supporting such a resources but need to check the API for creating a mobile app, I feel it's similar to newrelic/resource_newrelic_agent_application_browser.go
