Spacing issues in app navigation

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the app
2. Set up an account

Expected behavior

Actual behavior

Mediocre design

• Spacing on top of "new message" button is too much
• Spacing below priority inbox is too much -> adjust nc/vue spacer (Default clickable area * 2 = ~8px) -> seems to be fixed on latest main
• Spacing below mail account is too much -> adjust nc/vue spacer (Default clickable area * 2 = ~8px)
• Too much white space between mail account header and mailboxes -> adjust in nc/vue or use something else than NcCaption for the header
• 3 dot menu position messed up when you first set up your mail (Misplaced actions menues #8474?)
• 3 dot menu item with checkbox has inconsistent spacing
