Fix missing Ebola accessions #226

153 of the Ebola genomes in ebov/space-time are missing accessions. Either need to track accessions down or otherwise fill in authors and url attributes for these 153.

I fixed these accession in fauna. Now rerunning augur.

This has been resolved. Live data.nextstrain.org has ~1100 genomes all with accessions, authors and urls.
