Looking for the best way to host this at foundation.slides.nodejs.org. If we want it on SSL we'll have to host it ourselves, otherwise we can just point foundation.slides.nodejs.org at ghpages and move this to the right branch. @rvagg

I think we can just pull this down and host it off nodejs.org, I have some similar work to do for libuv.org so will queue this up
