FR: Toggle Play/Pause Command

Hey.

It would be useful to have a command called "Pause/Resume" to toggle the play state.
This is needed when a custom button is added via the Commander plugin to change the play state (from the Tab Bar for mobiles for example, or from the desktop's status bar).
Having only one button instead of two (one for pausing and one for playing) to change the play state saves a lot of space, which is crucial on small devices.
